FLATNESS ANALYSIS

The analysis of surfaces aims to verify the existence of deformities in a particular element that may affect the performance of a structure. This analysis is performed by comparing the ideal model with the point cloud, presenting the results visually in the 3D model and in the form of graphs.

Such data can serve as a basis for several studies, such as plaster maps, subfloor, leveling of structures, plumb of buildings and facades, among others.

It is also possible to analyze structures that have suffered a variation in their shape or dimension. With laser scanning, monitoring progress and recording this pathological manifestation with millimeter accuracy becomes feasible and safe. This process, in addition to reducing the risks and damages to the structures, provides material for a more effective reinforcement or restoration project.
